Itinerary
- 7:30 a.m. – Departure: We will pick you up at your hotel in Puno and transfer you to the port. We will board the motorboat.
- Floating Islands of Uros: We begin our journey towards the Floating Islands of Uros. Join the guided tour to learn about the construction of the islands, the lifestyle, traditional fishing, and handicrafts.
- 9:00 a.m. – Continue to the Cultural Island: We continue to a second island (Amantaní or Taquile, depending on availability or schedule).
- Exploring the Island: Take a moderate hike around the island, enjoying views of the lake and farmland.
- Traditional Lunch: Enjoy a traditional Andean lunch at a local restaurant or community center.
- Community Interaction: Take time to interact with residents, purchase textiles, or souvenirs.
- 2:00 p.m. – Return: We begin the return trip by boat to Puno.
- 4:30 p.m. – Arrival: We arrive at the port and transfer you to the hotel. The order and destination of the second island may vary depending on operational or weather conditions.
